You need to make an EOH account on our web site. Then launch Mavens (the poker client) and register on the correct table under the tournament tab.

You raged and were calling other players racial slurs. We asked you to stop but you refused. You were muted for 5 min and came back making more trouble. We require all players to maintain a certain level of respect for all other players if you want to play here. |

The only racist issue we have had in a long time was quickly dealt with. The offender was banned from our site immediately. One player tired to use the fact of a person making a single racist comment as an excuse to demand his buy in back and got upset when he was not refunded. Eve and EOH are adult places. The EOH tables have a mute feature so you can block any person. EOH can not do more than demand racists comments stop and ban the player if he does not peacefully comply. EOH has the same rules as any real life casino in regards to allow comments. Racists issues happen a few times a year - we deal with them swiftly. Nothing more can be done than banning the person. |

What can be more transparent than sending isk to a banker and him updating games to show your buy in was received? If you have a better idea I am all ears. We are always open to improvements.
EOH has been running games none stop for over 5 years. We host hundreds of poker games a day. This is the first time anyone has suggested we need a more "transparent" system.

Not sure how you can make this as a sweeping comment about our whole staff. A few bankers speak English as a 2nd or 3rd language. Also bankers are VERY busy posting games, paying winners, helping players and taking multiple convos. In the rush to keep up sometimes there just is not time to be the grammar and spelling police. I can assure you we don't hire 12 year olds. Bankers are required to submit essays as part of the hiring process to test their writing ability. At the end of the day, if a banker can keep up with player needs and pay the winner correctly I will live with a few words misspelled.

The API from CCP has been really slow for over a week as they upgrade it. Normally we post deposits every 30 min. Hopefully CCP will be done soon and everything will be back to normal. Our wallet/deposit system is totally automated so we can make sure all the accounting is 100% correct. This system needs the API from CCP to do updates. The good part is I hear there are some cool new things coming for the API.
Things can slow down when the weather starts getting nice. There are still bunches of tournys running a day. Depending on your time zone ring games are having several nice sessions a day.
We are hiring more bankers as well. There have been a few gaps in the schedule - we need people to fill those. More bankers always helps to keep things busy.
